At Sounds True, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return physical items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
